Octane Capital appoints Jamie Smith as BDM for North and Midlands

Octane Capital has appointed Jamie Smith as Business Development Manager for the North and Midlands, supporting the lender’s regional broker relationships and deal origination activity.
Jamie joins from StreamBank, where he spent two years as a Business Development Manager. He brings eight years’ experience across asset-based lending, bridging finance, development finance and invoice finance.
He will report to Richard Deacon, Managing Director (Sales).
Commenting on the appointment, Jamie said:
“I’m pleased to be joining Octane at an exciting stage in the company’s growth.
I’m looking forward to working closely with brokers across the Midlands and North and continuing to build strong intermediary relationships.”
Richard Deacon added:
