Momenta Finance appoints Simon Michael as senior business development manager

Momenta Finance has announced the appointment of Simon Michael as Senior Business Development Manager to lead its Property Finance division.

Simon brings more than 23 years of experience in the property finance sector. He began his career at a regulated mortgage broker in 2002 and has since held senior positions with a number of prominent bridging and development finance lenders.

In addition to managing his own successful mortgage brokerage, he has also gained valuable experience in commercial banking.

His appointment forms part of Momenta Finance’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its property finance offering and expand its reach within the specialist lending market.
