Mint Property Finance appoints Ryan Jarman as Portfolio Manager

Mint Property Finance has appointed Ryan Jarman as Portfolio Manager, strengthening its loan servicing function as the specialist lender continues to invest in its people and customer experience.

Ryan joins Mint with experience across credit risk, credit management and property portfolio administration.

Most recently, he worked at Savills, supporting one of Europe’s leading real estate and infrastructure investment firms and managing a substantial portfolio of commercial assets.

In his new role, Ryan will be responsible for managing borrower relationships throughout the life of their loans, supporting customers as projects progress and helping to deliver the service standards for which Mint has become known.

Commenting on his appointment, Ryan said:

“I wanted to make a significant contribution to the growth ambitions of a business that I feel does things the right way, and Mint feels like the perfect home for that.

Moving into a lender environment felt like a natural progression for me.”

Ryan added that Mint’s collaborative culture and solution-focused approach were key factors in his decision to join the business.
