Inhale Capital has appointed Jonathan Franks as Valuation Manager, strengthening its in-house underwriting and valuation capability as the business continues to scale.

Franks brings more than 10 years of experience across valuations and specialist lending, having previously held roles at Together, Kroll and Lambert Smith Hampton.

He will support credit decision-making across residential, commercial and semi-commercial transactions, enhancing Inhale Capital’s ability to deliver internal valuation assessments.

The appointment follows a period of growth for the lender, including securing a £50m institutional funding line from Triple Point to support the expansion of its bridging loan book across the UK.

Rob Goodall, CEO of Inhale Capital, said:

“Jonathan’s experience across both valuation and specialist lending is a strong addition to the team.

As we grow, maintaining speed, accuracy and consistency in our underwriting is critical, and strengthening our in-house capability plays a key role in that.”

Jonathan Franks added:

“Inhale Capital has built a strong reputation for its agile approach and ability to deliver in a competitive market.

I’m looking forward to supporting the continued growth of the platform and developing the in-house valuation function further.”

The hire reflects Inhale Capital’s focus on scaling its lending activity while maintaining a consistent and disciplined underwriting approach.
