- The Pride in Finance Alliance – reaffirming its commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for LGBT+ colleagues and allies.
- The Menopause Workplace Pledge – ensuring that all employees affected by menopause are supported, understood, and treated with respect in the workplace.
