Fiduciam has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Clinton Moseley as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, supporting the lender’s continued growth and strategic expansion.

Moseley joins Fiduciam with over two decades of senior leadership experience across global financial institutions and technology-driven organisations.

Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Global Data Services at Confluence, where he oversaw data management strategy across the firm’s international operations.

Prior to this, he spent nearly 18 years at UBS, holding multiple COO roles across asset classes within its Investment Bank, and leading teams focused on regulatory and operational risk management. Moseley is both a South African and British Chartered Accountant.

His appointment strengthens Fiduciam’s executive capability as it continues its evolution into one of Europe’s leading mid-market real estate lenders.

The company is focused on scaling operations and acting as a consolidator in a fragmented real estate direct lending market, leveraging technology and local expertise across its lending jurisdictions in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and Spain.

As COO and CFO, Moseley will oversee Fiduciam’s operational infrastructure, scalability initiatives, and financial governance, ensuring the firm continues to deliver a robust and efficient lending platform to support its growing client base.

Johan Groothaert, CEO of Fiduciam, said:

“With Clinton joining us, we bring in the experience and expertise of a seasoned investment banking COO. Clinton and I worked together at UBS during some very challenging times for its investment banking division, and his addition will allow me to dedicate more time to clients and business growth.

Clinton’s extensive operational and financial expertise, combined with his leadership experience in global environments, will be invaluable as Fiduciam continues its growth journey. We’re delighted to have him on board.”

Clinton Moseley, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Fiduciam, added:

“I’ve been watching from afar as Johan and the team at Fiduciam have built an impressive, purpose-driven business.

I’m thrilled to be joining as COO and CFO to help scale the company further, strengthen its operational foundations, and support its continued growth in the years ahead.”
