Catalyst Property Finance strengthens team with three new hires

Catalyst Property Finance has announced a trio of key appointments across its Finance, Marketing, and Underwriting divisions.

The hires, Duncan Ovens (Head of Financial Reporting), Jack Gulyas (Junior Underwriter), and Ben Timms (Marketing Assistant), mark the latest phase of the lender’s growth strategy as it scales its operations to meet increasing demand in the specialist lending market.

Duncan Ovens, Head of Financial Reporting at Catalyst Property Finance, commented:

“Having recently served as a Finance Manager at MSP Capital, I’m delighted to join Catalyst at such a pivotal point in its evolution.
