Chesterfield-based short-term lender Bridge Help has welcomed Daisy Wilson as its newest Business Development Manager.

Daisy joins the company from Cater Allen Private Bank (part of Santander), where she worked as a Relationship Support Manager.

She began her career at Santander in the fraud team before moving into private banking, where she discovered a passion for business development.

She now joins Bridge Help’s growing, all-female BDM team, led by Head of Sales Katie Snodden.

Commenting on her appointment, Daisy said:

“As soon as I heard about the role at Bridge Help, I knew it was the right fit. The flexible, family-friendly culture really appealed to me, and I love being in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.”

Daisy, who lives in Staveley, is looking forward to making an impact in the bridging finance sector. “I’m ambitious and excited to help grow the business while setting a strong example for my daughter.”

Outside work, Daisy enjoys a busy home life with her daughter and a house full of pets, including a dog, three rabbits, three guinea pigs and a horse. She is currently preparing for her first show jumping competition.

Bridge Help CEO Chris Sellars said:

“We’re excited to have Daisy join the team. She brings great energy, determination and a real drive to succeed, qualities that will serve her well as we work toward our growth plans for 2025.”
