Bluecroft Finance strengthens underwriting team with appointment of Sasha Ehlke-West

Bluecroft Finance has announced the appointment of Sasha Ehlke-West as Underwriter, further strengthening the firm’s underwriting capability as the business continues to grow.

The addition of Sasha reflects Bluecroft’s ongoing commitment to expanding its internal expertise, supporting brokers more closely, and maintaining the speed of service that the lender has become known for.

By strengthening the underwriting function, Bluecroft aims to ensure transactions continue to be assessed efficiently while maintaining close collaboration with brokers throughout the process.

Sasha brings around five years of underwriting experience across both regulated and specialist lending.

She began her career underwriting regulated residential mortgages, initially with a second charge lender before the business was acquired by a fintech bank. Following the acquisition, she moved into first charge residential mortgage underwriting before transitioning into bridging finance two years ago.

Her experience across multiple lending disciplines gives her a well-rounded perspective when assessing transactions and structuring deals, supporting Bluecroft’s focus on providing practical and responsive underwriting for brokers and borrowers alike.
