Arbuthnot Latham, the private and commercial bank, has strengthened its Real Estate Finance (REF) team with three new appointments and two internal promotions, further underlining the bank’s commitment to growth and client support in the sector.
The expansion enhances the team’s capacity to deliver bespoke finance solutions across an increasingly complex property landscape.
Joining the team are Rashid Khan-Gandapur, who brings over 30 years experience in residential and commercial property finance across the UK and Europe; Richard Truett, with more than 15 years in real estate and banking, including senior roles at NatWest in strategy, proposition development and relationship management; and Holly Smyth, who adds specialist analytical expertise developed through roles in economics, underwriting and portfolio management, most recently at Hampshire Trust Bank.
In addition, Arbuthnot Latham has promoted Carla Dujon and Nayan Yadav, reflecting the bank’s focus on nurturing internal talent and supporting career progression within the REF division. Both have played pivotal roles in building client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
Justin Snoxell, Director of Real Estate Finance, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Rashid, Richard and Holly to the team. Each brings a wealth of sector knowledge and experience that will strengthen our ability to deliver tailored solutions to clients with complex financing needs.
We are equally proud of Carla and Nayan’s well-deserved promotions, which highlight the strength of our internal talent pipeline.
