Orchard Street Investment Management LLP (Orchard Street) has let the entire 6,300 sq ft fourth floor of 83 Pall Mall, SW1 on a 20 year lease to the Royal Automobile Club. The letting was completed on behalf of a pension fund client of Orchard Street. Located in a prominent position on the south side of Pall Mall, the 45,000 sq ft office building is close to St. James’s Palace.

“I am delighted we have extended our Pall Mall Clubhouse. In response to feedback from many of our 17,000 members, the addition of a new business and meeting facility will be a marvellous addition to the existing facilities of the clubhouse, which have been enjoyed by members for over 100 years.”
