Oblix Capital appoints business development manager
Specialist lender Oblix Capital has boosted their team by recruiting Andy Gray, pictured, as Business Development Manager for the South-West and Wales, as part of its continued mission to better serve its intermediary partners.
The appointment will increase Oblix Capital’s presence across the M4 corridor and South Wales, enabling a further strengthening the company’s relationships with brokers.
Andy joins Oblix Capital from Castle Trust where he held a range of Business Development roles, most recently concentrating on specialist lending – including bridging, development and term – in the South of England.
Andy Reid, Director – Intermediary and Networks, said:
“I’m delighted that Andy has joined our team. We are continually looking to provide our brokers with even better service and Andy’s experience, professionalism and can-do attitude should help a larger number of mortgage intermediaries benefit from our creative real estate solutions.”
Andy Gray commented:
“I am thrilled to be joining Oblix Capital at this exciting stage in their development, and look forward to helping them continue to offer market leading products and service to brokers across the west country and South Wales. Oblix Capital has a great reputation in the industry and I’m hoping to continue, and build on, that legacy.”
