Record-breaking October for Together as lending volume surges

Property lender Together has set a new company record, completing 1,611 loans in a single month and surpassing its previous high of 1,605 set in October 2024.

The Cheadle-based lender, which has a loan book nearly £8 billion, delivered over £298 million in finance across a diverse range of products.

A significant portion of the lending (681 transactions) came from unregulated bridging loans, a product for which Together is widely recognised across the industry. The lender also completed 377 buy-to-let loans and 208 first charge loans.
