TMA and Leek United Building Society (the Society) are excited to announce that the Society has joined the lender panel of TMA Club from Monday 16 April.

The move gives TMA’s broker members instant access to a range of competitive, value for money products from the Society, which was recently shortlisted by Moneyfacts as one of the UK’s Best Fixed Rate Mortgage Providers and as ‘Building Society of the Year’ by MoneyAge.

Leek United Building Society has recently just revamped its whole range of mortgage offers – with highlighted deals for Non‐Homeowner Buy To Let customers and a Two‐Year Fixed Rate 90% Loan to Value (LTV) residential mortgage with no product or application fees.

The Society is also running a campaign offering extra help to fledgling homeowners, with a new First‐Time Buyer mortgage. To be eligible borrowers require only a 5% deposit, and will not be subject to valuation fees. They will also receive £500 cashback on completion.

Brokers also have direct access to the expertise of Leek United’s dedicated intermediary mortgages team, for a personal, quick, and friendly hassle‐free support service.

Clare Beardmore, Leek United Building Society’s Head of Mortgage Sales, said:

“Our reputation as ‘the friendlier face of finance’ is built on a commitment to providing the highest standards of personal service. We individually assess every mortgage application, we don’t credit score – and we take the time to consider the individual merits of each application brokers submit.

“We’re really excited to join TMA Club’s lender panel, and look forward to working directly with its members, to give them and their customers the products they want.”

Rob McCoy, Senior Business and Product Manager at TMA, added:

“We are thrilled to add Leek United Building Society to our club lender panel. Its commitment to customers and the industry matches our commitment to our members and we are really excited about the partnership. Its competitive products and customer service levels make this a fantastic proposition and addition to our panel.”
