Lawrence Stephens has hired a further three solicitors to meet increasing demand for legal services.

Kimberley Clift has 5 years’ PQE experience, during which she has specialised in Real Estate Finance matters, advising a variety of lender clients including well-known banks and boutique lenders.

Bridging finance is one of Kimberley’s key specialisms; she has extensive experience in advising on residential and mixed-use property refinances and large-scale ground-up developments.

Originally from Sweden, Dispute Resolution Solicitor Rosalin Gautam speaks Swedish, English and Norwegian, and specialises in commercial litigation and professional liability disputes.

Rosalin has acted for a range of clients, including insurers, companies and private individuals on professional negligence claims, contractual and shareholder disputes.

Multi-lingual Raphaela speaks fluent English, German and Tamil and is experienced in working on international, cross-jurisdictional cases on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious family law matters.

Raphaela has a background in acting for expatriates, non-domiciles, foreign nationals and HNWIs on matters including divorces, high-net-worth financial remedies and child abduction cases.
