Kate Welland joins Kent Reliance for Intermediaries as Senior BDM for East Midlands

As it continues with its strategy to provide full national sales coverage, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries (KRFI), part of specialist lending and retail savings group OneSavings Bank plc, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Welland, pictured, as Senior Business Development Manager for the East Midlands.

Kate reports into James Forth, Regional Sales Manager, North and West. She will have full responsibility for overseeing and developing broker relationships within her region and increasing access to KRFI’s specialist lending proposition.

Kate has more than 15 years’ experience in financial services, having joined KRFI from Newcastle Building Society where she was an Intermediary Business Development Manager for the Midlands. Before that she held a senior management position overseeing mortgage underwriting at the Hinckley & Rugby Building Society.
