There was no luck needed for a mother and daughter in the Republic of Ireland who required a solution to finish development of the old family home in Surrey, thanks to Crystal Specialist Finance (CSF).

At the outset the daughter contacted her broker and explained that her mother had moved in with her in Charlestown, County May as the father had recently passed away, and the property was in the process of refurbishment to increase the value ahead of sale.

The relocation meant the incumbent lender required full repayment of the existing residential mortgage and the builder required extra funds to complete the work.

The broker contacted CSF who secured a £133,095, 12-month bridging loan through Together. To ensure a quick completion the broker used the lender’s internal legals and a Hometrack valuation report, as well as making full use of CSF’s online systems.

Jo Breeden, pictured, managing director at CSF, said:

“When it comes to specialist finance there is no luck, it requires a company who understands that for every problem there is an effective solution and a lender who is willing to understand the case. Nothing should ever be left to chance.”

CSF operates across six specialist divisions: Bridging, Buy to Let Mortgages, Commercial, Development Finance, Second Charge Loans and Specialist Residential.

The business works with brokers across the whole of the UK with the company having access to over 100 lenders, including exclusive product lines and lenders with an extremely limited distribution.
