Hope Capital expands with Mint BDM

hope_capitalLess than a month after announcing ambitious growth plans, Hope Capital has continued its expansion by recruiting new business development manager, Danny Power.  This is its third appointment since April.

Danny Power is well known in the industry and joins Hope Capital from Mint Bridging; before which he also worked for Bridgebank Capital.

Over the past three years Hope Capital has gone from start up to become a key, well thought of, broker-focused bridging lender with excellent service standards.  In just one year alone it expanded by more than 1,100%.   Danny Power has been appointed to help Hope to continue this growth trajectory. He will use his extensive network of contacts not only to bring Hope Capital closer to brokers, but also to feed back brokers’ key needs and requirements to help ensure that Hope’s approach is always broker and client-focused.

Jonathan Sealey, chief executive officer of Hope Capital said:

“Danny has worked in both bridging and wider mortgages for many years.  He has an extensive network of contacts and understands what things are most important to brokers and their clients.  Danny truly understands our ambitious growth plans; we have achieved a great deal over the last three years, but this is only just the start for us.  We recognise that there is an absolute need for a service-focused true principal bridging lender that truly understands both the broker market and borrower’s requirements; what’s more one which can action loans without having to go to an external credit committee.  Danny’s appointment is just the next step in our plans to expand throughout the UK and it’s great to have him on board.”

“I moved to Hope because of the sheer enthusiasm of the team here.  Hope Capital is looking to expand further all the time and to increase its market presence. I am hoping to be part of that expansion and to do everything I can to raise our profile and to increase the numbers of loans we assist our introducers with.  I have been in our market for a long time and my aim is to use every bit of the experience I have gained over many years to provide my bridging network with high levels of service and fast responses with both indicative rates and loan offers.”
