Hampshire Trust Bank Specialist Mortgages completes £3m loan in two weeks

Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) Specialist Mortgages division has completed a £3,060,000 complex loan for a family owned UK business. The facility provided a remortgage on a block of 20 flats and a £1m capital raise to fund another development.

The property was well located, close to Ruislip tube station and contained a range of flat sizes from studios to two bed flats. HTB took the bespoke deal from enquiry to completion within two weeks.
