Ground-breaking brand video as Enness continues to celebrate tenth anniversary
Enness is delighted to celebrate its tenth anniversary with the launch a ground-breaking brand video, showcasing its unique range of HNW financing services.
Enness has worked with Thumbnail Productions to develop a sophisticated and sleek brand video, outlining its holistic approach to property and luxury asset financing, which will form the basis for wider advertising and marketing campaigns.
Its tenth year has seen Enness undergo a complete rebrand, as well launching International, Commercial and Development finance brokerages. It will also see the launch of a Dubai office in the prestigious DIFC in September.
Enness is the leading independent whole of market mortgage brokerage, catering for high net worth clients with complex lending requirements. The creation of six specialist teams – Mortgages, Private Office, International, Bridging, Commercial, and Development – under the Enness Group cements its position as an unbeatable and holistic property finance service, regardless of location or asset class.
Islay Robinson, CEO of Enness, comments:
“Enness’ tenth year has been unbelievable in terms of growth and Hugh and I could not be prouder of what’s been achieved. To double in size and open two new international offices in the space of a year is an indication of our determination to be – and remain – the world’s leading broker of large loans.
Diversifying is key, particularly throughout the challenging times which have undoubtedly hit – and continue to hit – our market, so being able to assist our clients with their changing requirements has been a priority for us. Our success over the decade is testament to this commitment.”
Enness hasn’t just worked hard to maintain extensive lender relationships, it has also developed trusted partnerships with specialists in property tax, foreign exchange, invoice financing, insurance and legal. Enness’ expert brokers can put you in touch with the relevant contacts at each stage of the process, ensuring the transaction is as efficient as possible.
