Goldentree questions North-South property divide
When it comes to property finance, the north can often be seen as the second choice for bridging and development. A large number of lenders will only lend as far north as Birmingham! Goldentree on the other hand are somewhat different.
Goldentree’s development finance portfolio is currently split exactly 50/50 between the north and the south of the UK.
