First Merchant joins ASTL as Associate Member

astlLondon based First Merchant joins the Association of Short Term Lenders (ASTL) as an associate member bringing the number of ASTL’s associate members to 18.

First Merchant is a principal funder in the London hospitality, leisure and entertainment sector offering unique loans to leasehold businesses located in the capital. Through its bespoke solutions for the hospitality market for over 20 years, First Merchant has established itself as an acknowledged specialist lender on leasehold restaurants, bars and hotels in central London.

First Merchant is renowned for its pragmatic approach when assessing a proposition and offers unique funding solutions for restaurateurs and other leisure business operators.
