Enness Dubai

Leading broker of large loans, Enness, is continuing its rapid expansion with the launch of its fourth office in The Gate Village in the heart of the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC).

This launch is a direct response to an increased demand from expat and foreign national clients in the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC), having seen a 31% increase in enquiries in the last six months.

Established 10 years ago, by Islay Robinson and Hugh Wade-Jones, Enness caters for high net worth (HNW) clients with complex requirements, and consistently secured UK and European mortgages for such individuals.

Enness’ dedicated and multilingual team has a wealth of experience in sourcing finance for clients across the Middle East. As such, it’s ideally placed to assist foreign nationals and expats buying or refinancing in the UK.

Islay Robinson, CEO of Enness, comments:

“London continues to be a safe investment option for HNW individuals and, as such, is popular with expats based in the GCC and foreign nationals looking to put their money into a secure asset. We’ve launched an office in Dubai’s DIFC as a direct response to the increased demand for large loans for property in the UK and Europe from these clients.

The Dubai office follows the hugely successful launch of our Monaco office, in the French Riviera, catering for the demand for large loans in Europe. This launch is just one of the ways we’re marking a decade in business. Hugh and I are delighted with the evolution of the company over the last 10 years, and look forward to expanding even further in the near future.”

Toby Johncox is heading up the Dubai team as Head of Mortgages in the Gate Village DIFC. He joins Enness following seven years in the property and finance markets in both the UK and GCC, and will be key in supporting clients through each stage of the financial transaction.

Also joining the team is Chelsea Warren, who will be Head of Protection, providing clients with a bespoke, high quality insurance service.

The team in Dubai will be able to put clients in touch with the relevant experts to assist with tax structuring and navigating different legal jurisdictions. Enness also has a relationship with a trusted foreign exchange broker who can help with non-sterling currency, giving clients access to the most preferential market rates.

Enness is already one of the leading independent whole of market mortgage brokerages, catering for HNW clients with complex lending requirements. The group comprises six specialist teams – Mortgages, Private Office, International, Bridging, Commercial, and Development – and provides a holistic property finance service, regardless of location or asset class.
