• Loan size: £200,000 – £3,000,000

• Interest rates: From 1% per month

• Maximum LTV: Up to 75% (based on 180-day RICS valuation)

• Security: First charge only

• Term: 3–18 months (extensions available on request)

• Fees: 1% arrangement fee and 1% exit fee

• Interest options: Retained or serviced
