Our bridging finance loans offer a short-term solution. Suitable for light refurbishments, auction purchases, residential investments, semi-commercial and wholly commercial properties, within England, Wales and Scotland:
- Rates from 0.65%
- Funding up to 75% of OMV
- Direct access to decision-makers
- No exit fees
- Loans from £50k to £10m
Suitable for ground-up developments, heavy refurbishments and commercial units, throughout England, Wales and Scotland:
- Rates from 8.5% + 3m LIBOR
- Funding loans up to 70% of LTGDV
- Can fund up to 100% of the build costs
- 1% Exit fee on loan amount, not GDV
- Interest payments are rolled-up
