Malthouse Capital is a boutique bridging lender.
We are a small nimble team, enabling us to review, underwrite and fund bridging loans efficiently, sometimes within days. No bridging loan is the same, which is why we treat all deals on a case-by-case basis.
We are very well capitalised and when we say ‘yes’, we mean ‘yes’. No deal is too complex, and we welcome all borrower types.
We are very approachable and work closely with introducers, brokers and direct borrowers.
