Hilco Real Estate Finance completes €1.54m loan for Dublin residential portfolio

Hilco Real Estate Finance (“HREF”) Ireland, a Hilco Global company, has closed a €1.54m loan secured against three residential properties in Dublin 2.
The properties are located near St Stephen’s Green and have significant private market rental potential.
The 12-month facility will be used to fund the borrower’s acquisition of an additional investment property.
