The residential development facility, provided at 65% loan to gross development value (LTGDV) and 80% loan to cost (LTC), will support the delivery of nine four-bedroom houses over the next 34 months.
Located at Golden Manor, Hanwell the development (Golden Manor Mews) will see the transformation of an existing site that currently comprises a large house, previously converted into flats, and a bungalow set to be demolished as part of the works.
Once complete, the scheme will deliver a collection of high-quality family homes, continuing the borrower’s track record of delivering well-designed residential developments across its portfolio.
