RAW Capital Partners adds short-term lending range to Brickflow

Tim ParkesRAW Capital Partners has joined Brickflow’s lending panel, giving brokers and borrowers using the platform access to its full range of short-term property loans.

The Guernsey-based specialist lender has 10 years of experience in providing bespoke property finance to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK residential property.

In December 2025, it expanded its offering so it could lend to UK residents.
