New brokerage Longstride Capital launches

A new name has entered the specialist finance space with serious intent. Longstride Capital Advisory, co-founded by university friends Albert Woodruff and Jake Lytle, has officially launched, and they’re wasting no time making their presence felt.

Based in Fitzrovia, Longstride is already handling over £100 million in enquiries and has kicked things off with a bang, including funding for Drake’s Island, a historic site off the coast of Plymouth set for transformation into a £30 million GDV hotel.

“We didn’t launch Longstride just to be another logo on the list,” says Albert. “We’ve worked on deals where time and structure made all the difference. We knew there was room for a brokerage that gets things done properly and quickly.”

With backgrounds in Corporate FX and residential broking, Albert and Jake bring a rare mix of technical know-how and commercial instinct to the table.
