Mercantile Trust is reminding brokers of its Packaged Completion Service, an established end-to-end solution designed to remove complexity from Buy-to-Let and Bridging cases and help deals progress smoothly to completion.

The service allows brokers to hand over time-consuming administrative and third-party requirements, while retaining full visibility throughout the process. Mercantile Trust manages direct client communication alongside key requirements such as ordering valuations, obtaining consents, requesting mortgage questionnaires, completing Land Registry checks, running AVMs and carrying out credit searches.

Brokers receive clear, regular updates at every stage, ensuring transparency, speed and a more streamlined experience for both advisers and their clients.

Nina Kainth, Business Development Manager at Mercantile Trust, said:

“Our Packaged Completion Service is all about making life easier for brokers. By managing the process end to end, we save valuable time and ensure clients receive professional, direct communication throughout. Deals move faster, transparency is maintained, and brokers remain fully in the loop.

Brokers also benefit from 2% commission, with the option to add up to a 15% broker fee.”

How the Packaged Completion Service works

  1. Review the case
Mercantile Trust works with the broker to complete the 1st or 2nd charge Buy-to-Let or Bridging calculator.

  2. Submit documentation
Brokers return the signed application form along with the minimum submission requirement checklist.

  3. Completion managed end to end
Mercantile Trust contacts the client directly, manages underwriting and third-party requirements, and provides regular progress updates through to completion.
