KSEYE launches title insurance and flexible refurb drawdown product

Specialist bridging lender KSEYE has introduced two new features to make its lending proposition even more competitive: title insurance across its range and a flexible refurbishment drawdown product for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
The refurbishment product supports both light and heavy works, with loans up to £7.5 million and funding of up to 90% loan-to-cost (LTC).
It’s designed to give clients flexibility and control, and in many cases, it eliminates the need for an IMS.
These enhancements underline KSEYE’s focus on practical, broker-friendly solutions that help deals move faster and more smoothly.
