Finance Fest launches to bring a fresh, festival-style twist to property finance events

Say goodbye to black tie and hello to bare feet on the grass. Finance Fest is a brand-new event set to shake up the traditional finance and property networking scene, replacing stuffy conferences with live music, community vibes, and a festival atmosphere designed to bring people together in a completely different way.

In a bold move to shake up the finance and property events scene, iLA’s Co‑Founder and CEO has announced the creation of Finance Fest.

This unique concept blends the energy of a music festival with the connections and opportunities of the finance world.

The idea was born from her own love of music festivals, live bands, dancing barefoot in the grass, the magic of strangers becoming friends and a whole community coming together and her struggle with the industry’s often stuffy sit‑down conferences, conventional networking, and black tie events.

After more than a year in the making, Finance Fest is set to reimagine how the sector comes together.

“Music festivals just bring people together. I love them. There’s such an incredible sense of community and I thought, why not do that for the property finance industry too? It’s what we all need. And I know so many other people in the industry will love this sort of event,” said Anastasia Ttofis, co‑founder and CEO of iLA.

The inaugural Finance Fest will take place on 14th May 2026 in Essex, at a stunning venue that is being kept secret for now. Organisers say they don’t want to spoil the surprise just yet, hinting that the setting itself will be part of the unforgettable experience.

Guests will be able to choose between day tickets or VIP glamping packages, which includes luxury tipi stays and exclusive extras.

The event is being co‑hosted with Roma Finance, whose dynamic approach and focus on community makes them a natural partner for an event designed to challenge tradition and celebrate connection.
