Black & White Bridging has opened its new £1m purpose-built headquarters in Bristol following recent office upgrades in London and Manchester.

The lender said completions increased by 190% during 2025, following similar growth in 2024, with headcount rising to 32 employees across its three locations.

Since launching in 2021, the business has completed more than 750 deals and is approaching £500m of total lending.

Located in Stoke Gifford, the new headquarters has been designed to support collaboration, operational efficiency and continued business growth, while also incorporating staff facilities including a gym, auditorium and wellness room.

Meeting rooms within the office have been named after local artist Banksy, engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, former headquarters Bury Manor and owner Martyn Smith’s late father, Royston.

Damien Druce, Chief Operating Officer at Black & White Bridging, said the investment reflected the lender’s continued focus on operational growth, collaboration and supporting staff as the business continues to expand.

He added that the new headquarters also underlined the lender’s longer-term commitment to the bridging market as the sector continues to evolve and adapt to changing client needs.
