Aspen Bridging introduces dual representation for faster, simpler completions
By Bridging Loan Directory

Aspen Bridging has introduced a new dual representation legal service, designed to speed up completions and improve efficiency for brokers and borrowers.
Following a panel review, Aspen has appointed Lightfoots and Lawrence Stephens to act for both lender and borrower on refinances, purchases and light refurbishment deals, available to UK and foreign nationals.
The dual representation option can be used alongside Aspen’s award-winning no valuation service for both bridging and three-year bridge to let products.
Jack Coombs, Managing Director at Aspen, said:
“We are very pleased to be working with Lightfoots and Lawrence Stephens.
The introduction of dual representation represents a substantial advancement in our services that should mean faster, more efficient processes.
When combined with our no valuation approach we are confident that we are providing borrowers and brokers with a best-in-class solution.”
Melissa Talon, Partner at Lightfoots, commented:
“The launch of Aspen’s dual representation service is a step forward in streamlining transactions for clients.
We’re proud to play a role in delivering that enhanced service.”
Ann Ebberson, Head of Real Estate Finance at Lawrence Stephens, added:
“We’re delighted to support Aspen’s dual representation offering, delivering commercially focused, responsive solutions to both lenders and borrowers.”
