Bridge Invest completes £775k bridging loan

Bridge Invest has just completed a £775k bridging loan to acquire a buy-to-let flat in Kings Cross. The flat sits in an attractive high-spec development which includes an on-site gym, swimming pool, cinema room and 24-hour concierge.
Bridge Invest were able to complete on this loan efficiently, providing a DIP and instructing valuers and solicitors on the same day as the enquiry.
