Avamore Capital appoints relationship manager

By

Andreas Yianni Avamore Capital

Avamore Capital has announced that it has expanded its origination team. Andreas Yianni, pictured, has joined the lender as its second relationship manager and has previous business development experience along with a background in broking. Andreas therefore brings a wealth of knowledge and excellent broker and borrower relationships to Avamore Capital.

Andreas started his career in private banking and, after 10 years of managing high net-worth portfolios moved into broking roles with Largemortgageloans.com and Enness. At Enness, Andreas was part of the private office team specialising in transactions over £1m across all disciplines, regulated and unregulated; additionally, during his tenure, he completed his qualification in advanced mortgage advice. Andreas’ most recent role was with Century Capital where he was the sole originator responsible for building a core broker network and generating enquiries for the business. Andreas also worked alongside the wider team to manage deals from initial enquiry through to execution and so brings with him detailed understanding of completion requirements and processes.

Andreas commented:

“I am very pleased to be joining Avamore Capital as a relationship manager. In particular, I am looking forward to adding further value to my existing contact base through Avamore’s development lending offering; a product like the Finish & Exit is especially useful against the current economic backdrop and I am incredibly excited to present a solution like this to support the market. In addition, I will be drawing upon my broking background to help build new relationships by demonstrating that I have a clear understanding of frequent broker pain points. It is extremely important to me that I provide exceptional service to all of our intermediaries and I am looking forward to working with the market to tackle some of the current challenges it faces.”

Nikolay Petkov, Principal at Avamore commented:

“We are incredibly pleased that Andreas has joined the team. He has strong broking and lending experience and his approach reflects the ethos of Avamore. As we grow, it is important that we continue to remain committed to relationship focused lending and stay true to our founding values; we have no doubt that Andreas will be adding a huge amount of value to the business through his professionalism and personable approach along with his detailed knowledge of the market. We look forward to seeing Andreas making a crucial impact on Avamore’s development.”

Andreas will join Chris Treadwell in Avamore’s origination team. Both will sit on daily credit committee in order to maintain a strong understanding of Avamore’s policy and processes; they will therefore always be in a strong position to accurately assess transactions at initial enquiry stage.
