Acre Lane Capital appoints senior underwriter

Bridging and development finance lender, Acre Lane Capital has made a key hire by appointing Eddie Boakye, pictured, as senior underwriter.
Eddie was formerly at Propfin; and previously, was Head of Underwriting at Funding 365.
Ian Wilson, CEO of Acre Lane Capital, said:
“We are delighted to have Eddie onboard, who will bring a wealth of experience. Bringing on an experienced underwriter at this stage in our development was a key hire, to further enhance the quality and depth of our underwriting team.
We expect further significant growth in our loan book following a very successful 2019, and we have hired Eddie to help facilitate this growth.”
