astlThe Association of Short Term Lenders (ASTL) has been joined by Titlesolv, a pioneer in title insurance in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Titlesolv joins the association as an associate member.  It is the fifth associate member to join the trade body this year, bringing the ASTL’s membership to twenty associate members.

Titlesolv is an established specialist in the real estate sector, helping institutional lenders, investors and solicitors to mitigate risk and enhance their processes when conducting residential or commercial property transactions.

Building on twenty years of experience in property markets across Europe, Titlesolv has become much more than just a title insurer and now provides a spectrum of title insurance and indemnity solutions across the real estate industry.  Titlesolv expanded its presence in the Republic of Ireland in early 2015 in order to respond to client demand and increase the services provided in this market.

Benson Hersch, chief executive of the ASTL said:

“Titlesolv has a long-standing reputation for bringing innovative insurance solutions to the property mortgage market.  Its effective service levels add great value to clients and should also benefit members of the ASTL.  As we continuously strive to raise the standards of the bridging industry, we welcome both new members and associate members who bring new knowledge, experience and innovation into the association.”

Christopher Taylor, chief executive of Titlesolv said:

“Intelligent thinking, market intuition and innovation powered by ground-breaking technology underpin everything Titlesolv does both in the UK and Ireland. It is for this reason that we look forward to a positive working relationship with the ASTL, to foster and learn new ways to continue to deliver the best possible solutions to clients.”

The ASTL’s surge in membership and associate members is expected to be reflected in increased numbers attending the ASTL conference on the 1st October, where Vice Cable will be the key note speaker.
